Laidao computes real planetary positions for your moment of birth, combines them with Chinese bazi pillars and palm-line analysis, and uses AI to write the resulting reading.

They are not medical, financial, legal or other professional advice, and they do not make definitive predictions about serious life events. Every decision you make remains your own responsibility. Readings, chat, live consult and palm analysis use a third-party AI service (OpenAI). The app will ask for explicit consent before sending personal data to that service. Accepting these Terms does not replace that consent. You may withdraw consent at any time in the app. Without consent you can still view your natal chart and bazi pillars, without calling external AI.
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under the policy of the store you purchased from; please submit your request there. If a technical problem prevents you from using something you paid for, contact support@laidao.app and we will restore your entitlement.
Reading text, share cards, code and design belong to the provider. You may share your own reading privately, but you may not use it commercially or reproduce it systematically.
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make based on a reading. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding six months.
We may improve or discontinue features. If these terms change materially we will update the effective date above.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
